What does rent include?Rent includes the apartment, parking, 24-gym access, and community amenities. Utilities are not included.

Is on-site parking available?Yes, secure, onsite parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Additionally, limited reserved premium parking is available upon request for an additional fee.

How much is the Security Deposit and when is it due?The security deposit is $199. It is due 60-days prior to move in to secure an apartment.

Do you offer short-term leases?Yes! We offer 3, 6, and 9 month leases upon request. Contact us for more information.

Are you pet-friendly?Yes, we welcome your fury family members. There is a non-refundable fee of $350 upon signing a lease and a $25 per month pet charge. There is an additional $250 non-refundable fee and $25 per month pet charge for a second pet. 2 pet maximum. Please contact us for more details.
